Looking for a natural enhancement? Classic lash extensions are perfect for you! Classic extensions are suitable for first time lash extension wearers as they are the lightest of all sets. They are your lashes but better and are perfect for everyday wear or elevating any special occasion.

Want to look alert and awake with no effort? Then lash lifts are perfect for you. Perming your lashes in an beautiful upward curl opens the eyes, freshens the face and will last 4-6 weeks. This treatment requires little to no maintenance and is suitable for those looking to enhance what they already have. Adding a glossy black tint adds a mascara-like look that will last up to 2 weeks.

There is a 15 minute grace period. Results may vary if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited to ensure my schedule runs smoothly. Please notify me if you need extra time to arrive (via Instagram DMs or text works perfectly).
Please give as much notice when cancelling your appointment. Life happens. 24 hour notice is required. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited and you will be required to pay a $25 rebooking fee to confirm future appointments.
No shows will be charged the full service fee.
The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please book the appropriate refill within the time frame. Your refill is not a complete restructuring of your lash set. If you arrive with less than 40% of your lashes remaining, you will be asked to rebook for a full set at a later date.
I do offer foreign fills. Your set must comply by the above Refill Policy. Please get in contact with me before booking an appointment if you have eyelash extensions from a different artist.
No guests are permitted as my space is limited.
Soft Heart Studios does not issue refunds for services as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please get in touch for a complimentary touch up.
If you are concerned about allergies, it is your responsibility to book a patch test prior to your appointment. In the event an allergic reaction occurs, I recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds can be issued.
