STUDIO POLICIES + ETIQUETTE

Please take a moment to read and understand the following policies before booking.

Policies

Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more that 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied with the possibility of an incomplete service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited. Please notify me if you need extra time to arrive (via Instagram DMs or text works perfectly).

Cancellation Policy: Please give as much notice when cancelling your appointment. Life happens. 24 hour notice is required. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total service fee.

Payment Policy: I accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and e-transfer.

No Show Policy: No shows will be charged the full service fee.

Refill Policy: The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please aim to rebook your refill at 2 weeks or 3 weeks max. If you book a 3+ week fill, there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled and rebooked as a full set.

Foreign Refill Policy: I do offer foreign fills. Your set must comply by the above Refill Policy. Please get in contact with me before booking an appointment if you have eyelash extensions from a different artist.

3 Day Policy: Each client is entitled to a free 45 minute touch up within 3 days of their initial set. If you have any issues, get in contact as soon as possible.

Guests Policy: One guest is permitted during appointment time. Please no young children or babies as my space must remain quiet. Additional guests will be turned away.

Refund Policy: Soft Heart Studios does not issue refunds for services as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions.

Allergy Policy: In the event an allergic reaction occurs, I recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds can be issued.

Etiquette

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking. There is plenty of street parking available as well as plenty of parking lot options closeby.

Please arrive with no makeup, clean & uncurled lashes. Do not consume any beverage or food that contains caffeine the day of your appointment. Read more about the eyelash extension process here and know what goes on during your treatment.

Gratuities (tips) are greatly appreciated, but never required. Customary gratuities in the beauty services industry are 18+% of the pre-discounted service price. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please call or email us within 24 hours of your service so that we can promptly rectify the situation. Your happiness with our service is the highest priority.

Please understand that your appointment is reserved solely for you and we do business by appointment only. Please do not bring extra guests, unless your friend has booked a lash service after you on the same day.

Although we LOVE babies and fur babies, we won’t be able to help supervise your children and pets, so please arrange care for them prior to your appointment.

If you are under the age of 16, please provide parental/guardian consent.
